Where We Ship
We ship across the United Arab Emirates, to the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar), and to selected international destinations shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
United Arab Emirates: Free delivery on orders of AED 100 or more; AED 25 delivery on orders under AED 100.
GCC and international: Shipping is calculated by order weight and destination. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Examples:

Shipping weight: Rates use the packed shipping weight of each item. For large, light items such as high chairs and kitchen appliances, this is based on the box size (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5,000) when that is higher than the actual weight.
Rates are reviewed regularly and may change with courier fuel surcharges. Orders over 30 kg are quoted separately — please contact us.
Battery-Powered Items
Items with a built-in rechargeable battery (such as shavers, breast pumps, massagers, the talking book, the selfie ring light, the bakhoor burner, the bedwetting alarm and the heated lunch box) must travel as dangerous goods in their own parcel. Outside the UAE, shipping for these items is the rate shown above plus:
- AED 15 to Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman
- AED 45 to Qatar and all international destinations
If your order also includes other items, checkout shows the combined shipping for both parcels. Delivery within the UAE follows the same rule: free on orders of AED 100 or more, AED 25 under AED 100.
Delivery Times
- UAE, items in stock in Dubai: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- UAE, items sourced to order: 7–12 days from order. We confirm the expected delivery time with you when we confirm your order.
- GCC countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays or public holidays.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We confirm your order by WhatsApp or email and share tracking details once it ships.
Carriers
We use local and international express courier partners, chosen by destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- GCC countries: Our GCC shipping rates include customs clearance. You will not be asked to pay customs charges on delivery.
- Other international destinations: The receiving country may apply customs duties, taxes or fees on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Cash on Delivery (UAE Only)
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the United Arab Emirates. Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order on delivery.
