Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and the following GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates

Flat shipping rate: AED 15
Free shipping on orders over AED 250
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar)

Flat shipping rate: AED 60
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carriers

We ship using trusted international couriers such as Aramex and DHL.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)

For shipments outside the UAE, the receiving country may apply customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Cash on Delivery (UAE Only)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the United Arab Emirates. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
