Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cash on Delivery (UAE only), and Buy Now Pay Later options through Tabby and Tamara.

Can I pay in installments? Yes! We offer Tabby and Tamara at checkout, allowing you to split your payment into easy installments with no extra fees when paid on time.

Is Cash on Delivery available? Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the United Arab Emirates. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

How much does shipping cost?

  • UAE: AED 15 flat rate (free on orders over AED 250)
  • GCC countries: AED 60 flat rate

How long does delivery take?

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • GCC: 3–7 business days

Will I get tracking information? Yes, once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do I have to pay customs duties? For orders shipped outside the UAE, the destination country may apply customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item if I change my mind? All sales are final — we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item? We're happy to help! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

How long does an exchange take? Once approved, we aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible. Our team will confirm timing when your request is reviewed.

Products

Are your products authentic/original? Yes, all products are sourced directly from manufacturers and are exactly as described on our product pages.

Do you restock sold-out items? It depends on the product. Follow us or message us on WhatsApp to ask about restocking on a specific item.
