Agreement
We confirm price, availability, lead time and packaging. For factory orders, we agree these with the factory first, then confirm your final price.
Proforma Invoice
A formal PI is issued. You review and approve all terms before any payment.
Payment & Preparation
Once payment clears, Dubai stock is packed for dispatch. For factory orders, we place the order once your deposit clears and monitor production and timelines.
QC & Consolidation
Goods are checked before they ship. We consolidate through Dubai or ship direct from origin, whichever is the most efficient route for your order and destination.
Shipping & Delivery
Final delivery to your door, warehouse or freight forwarder, with tracking throughout.
