Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only valid for manufacturing defects or items that do not match the original order.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be replaced at no additional cost to you.
  • If the original item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
